Perfect.
The only bad thing about this hostel is the bathrooms. Although they are clean, there are no doors!

Had a great rugby weekend in Dublin and stayed at Isaacs. Staff and location were top-notch. Even though I was on a budget, the decision to stay here was dispelled as soon as I walked in. The hostel itself had a great overall vibe, with clean facilities and a welcoming staff. The common area was lovely and the toilet and shower were clean. Will definitely use Isaacs again for future trips to Dublin.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy to get to, quiet & very close to Bus Aras
1. Asked for photo ID on arrival but neither the booking confirmation e-mail or the hostels page on Booked.net mentioned anything about this being a requirement 2. Tried to shower each morning only for the water to be stone cold, not a pleasant way to be having a wash

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the popular Temple Bar area. One thing that stood out was the early breakfast, which catered to those on early morning tours. Despite some minor issues with the room and curtains, overall I would highly recommend this hostel.

The staff were friendly and efficient, The fee to the the web was a bit steep i.e 1 euro for 20 minutes so I used the internet cafe down the road 1 euro for 1 hour. The room itself was clean expect from the stained matteress that was above me on the bunk bed. I would suggest actually putting a door in the entrace of the ladies shower room as it only had a curtain although I accept that the showers had doors themselves. All in all not a bad place to stay, very central to the city centre.
The stained matteress above me on my bunk bed. Also the tea was very weak so I had to use extra teabags to have a decent cup of tea

Super friendly staff. Very convenient location if you go to Dublin for tourist visit: besides the bus station, really close to train station and 10 mins walking to city centre.
Really expensive with no extra value (fair breakfast, no towels provided, tiny bedroom, shared toilet, ...)

Great location, minutes away from everything wonderful in the city center. Extensive collection of activities and amenities available at the hostel. Friendly and helpful staff, creating a great vibe from the moment you arrive.
Sleeping can be difficult due to loud door locking/unlocking system in the corridors. Bright lights coming through an unsealed glass door in the room.

It was close to everything and it was a great chance to meet new people and differernt cultures, and nationalitys. The staff were frienly and the facilitys were good. The wreck room upstairs was really cool...there was a pool table and a massive T.V. painted on the wall that with the use of a projector would display movies. Would definately stay again and my sister and a group of her friends are going to dublin in january and I have recommened them to stay there.
On my last night I was literly kept up all night by a gentleman snorning in the bed across from me, I know there isnt much that can be done about this but thats what I didnt like. But thats a sacrafise that is made when going to a hostel. Also for breakfast they didnt really explain how it worked, they gave you the times but when you get down there you are supplied with juice, toast and cornflakes, but they dont tell you if you have to cook an egg for yourself or will the staff do it or if you can get anything of that kind at all.

We had a wonderful stay at Isaacs. The location was excellent, placing us in a prime spot to explore the city. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The highlight of our stay was definitely the free sauna with a much-needed relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The value for money was really good, especially considering the enjoyable sauna experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as beds that squeaked and a limited breakfast selection, the overall experience was great. We highly recommend Isaacs for a nice stay in Dublin.

Proximity to bus station and city center.
Thin walls. Could hear noise from the other rooms.
